How much does Kong cost?
Kong is free for operators. We charge a 1.8% booking fee to the guest at checkout. No monthly fees, no contracts. See pricing →
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp: usually a few hours during business hours. Email: within one business day. If you reach me outside hours, I'll get back the next morning Malaysian time.
What happens on a demo call?
20–30 minutes. I ask what you're running, show you how Kong handles it, answer your questions, and that's it. No pressure, no scripts — just an honest look.
Are you only in Malaysia?
Our HQ is in Kuala Lumpur, but we support operators across Southeast Asia — Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines. Reach out wherever you're based.
